العناية: يُغسل يدوياً بماء بارد، ويُعلق ليجف في الظل. ينصح بعدم كيه للحفاظ على التكسيرات الطبيعية الفريدة للخامة

الاستبدال والاسترجاع | Returns & Exchanges

نتيح لكِ إمكانية معاينة القطعة وقياسها مع المندوب فور وصولها، وفي حال عدم ملاءمتها يمكنكِ إعادتها مع المندوب مباشرة ودفع مصاريف الشحن فقط.

في حال استلام القطعة، يمكنكِ طلب الاستبدال خلال 24 ساعة فقط من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن تكون القطعة بحالتها الأصلية وبكامل تاغات البراند.

You can try on your items upon delivery. If it doesn’t fit, you can return it immediately with the courier and only pay the shipping fees.

After receiving your order, exchanges are available within 24 hours, provided the items are in their original condition with all tags attached.
